🔹 Digital Services (Guest Posting / Content Services)

Since guest posting and digital marketing services are customized and delivered digitally, we follow a strict no-refund policy once the order is confirmed.

✅ No refunds will be provided if:

  • Guest post/content has already been published or delivered
  • Work has already started on your order
  • You change your mind after payment
  • URLs or content provided by you are incorrect
  • Delivery delay caused by third-party websites

✅ Partial refunds may be considered only if:

  • We are unable to publish your guest post on the agreed website
  • Service is cancelled by us before execution

(Refunds, if approved, will be processed within 7–10 business days.)


🔹 Physical Gift Products

We accept returns only for damaged or incorrect products.

📦 Return Conditions:

  • Return request must be raised within 48 hours of delivery
  • Product must be unused and in original packaging
  • Clear photos/video of damage must be shared

🚫 Returns will NOT be accepted for:

  • Change of mind
  • Minor color/design variations
  • Used or opened products
  • Delivery delays by courier partners

Once approved, replacement or refund will be initiated within 7 business days.
