🔹 Digital Services (Guest Posting / Content Services)
Since guest posting and digital marketing services are customized and delivered digitally, we follow a strict no-refund policy once the order is confirmed.
✅ No refunds will be provided if:
- Guest post/content has already been published or delivered
- Work has already started on your order
- You change your mind after payment
- URLs or content provided by you are incorrect
- Delivery delay caused by third-party websites
✅ Partial refunds may be considered only if:
- We are unable to publish your guest post on the agreed website
- Service is cancelled by us before execution
(Refunds, if approved, will be processed within 7–10 business days.)
🔹 Physical Gift Products
We accept returns only for damaged or incorrect products.
📦 Return Conditions:
- Return request must be raised within 48 hours of delivery
- Product must be unused and in original packaging
- Clear photos/video of damage must be shared
🚫 Returns will NOT be accepted for:
- Change of mind
- Minor color/design variations
- Used or opened products
- Delivery delays by courier partners
Once approved, replacement or refund will be initiated within 7 business days.
